Totally Clueless!

For the very first time ever I decided that I really don't want to know much about a release till it comes my way, I have no idea what the music is like, the artists (0nly on the sizzler.) and have no idea about the whole release till September 2nd 2006 when I will experience a Dawn Bodybalance/Flow class at the final 1/4 in our region.

I am excited about that and it is a return to the days that I just arrived and saw and participated in the class lead by the best Master Trainers in the World.

I am so excited about the whole release. I am looking forward to track 3 of Bodybalance/Flow release by INXS which was mentioned here and on the Bodypump Blogger. What I am mostly excited about is the whole idea of walking into a Bodybalance Masterclass and experiencing it as I missed the last one and it would have been 6 months February 2006 that I actually got to do the class, last time I twisted and rolled my ankle.

What I am also looking forward to is the whole workshop they are truly awesome to go to and to experience the best Master Trainers ever.

Will post something on Bodybalance/Flow on Sunday.

The meditation and relaxation section is aimed at tracks 10 and 11 of Bodybalance/Flow and in addition anything to do with meditation and relaxation in general.

Yoga and Tai Chi is aimed at tracks 1 of Bodybalance/Flow and in addition anything to do with Tai Chi and Yoga.

Now thinking of some topics I want to post there.

OUR BODYBALANCE ZEN LOUNGE!

Recently a rather strange thing has happened!

I have had this song on my brain that has not been recorded, not been sung by anyone, never even been on any CD that I can remember.

So what is strange about that, the song fits so perfectly to track 4 in any Bodybalance/Flow class.

I have the whole song - lyrics - movements and to a song that has never been recorded, with a voice by a lady performer that does not exist and music that has never been recorded.

Another thing is the music as I can hear it sounds like nothing I have ever heard of before.

How weird is that?

Poetry in Motion!

I run another blogger that I write my poetry on, the poetry appeals to a certain audience. I have a muse name there. I am thinking about putting some of it here? The poems I have been constructing lately are around Bodybalance, I listen to a release and write a poem around the emotions and feelings of the music and the journey that is contained within.

I don't know if anyone wants to read my poetry but I love writting them.

Bodybalance 25!

"A thousand beautiful things" come across my mind,
I search through the rain of time and remember times that have gone by,
I run to the thoughts in the corners of my mindspace,
My mind is racing I think of times before,
Loves devine I think of love that is now here and gone,
Timescapes are the pages of my emotions,
My immortal thoughts are of us together,
I think only now of you and me,
I wave my white flag of devotion to you,
I now say where is the love,
Hush I now hear it on the wind,
My mind surrenders to the thoughts of "Are You Happy Now"
When ever I say your name now I rejoice,
Life is not for rent, serenity comes to me now,
My love is always returning to you.
I now am in one with who I love,
The journey of love comes full circle,
I now bathe in your love and surround myself with your spaces,
My life in now "A Thousand Beautiful Things"

Pretty Silent!

I have not been posting much lately my life is rather hectic lately. I am going to rectify that and post here more. I also was thinking of things to post about.

I began with the post below.

This is a random thought (I adore Bodybalance 25, I was listening to it the other day and I can say that that one is one of my favorites of all time.)

Bodybalance 34 is coming our way I have no idea about the new release as we wont get it till 2nd September which is such a long time away.

I have nothing against that by this time of the year we wait 4 months for the new release as others here only wait 3 months between releases. We are the last know place here at LMAP to get the new releases. Then you get the typical I hate that spoiler stuff that comes out and really spoils it for us who do not have it yet.

I am ready for Bodybalance 34 that makes officially 30 Bodybalance Releases I have been apart of and that is pretty cool, seems like yesterday that I did Bodybalance 4 in class. (I am now feeling old.) I have no idea where the time has gone and where it all has lead to Bodybalance 34.

I look at that 30 releases number and thought back in 1999 would I still be with Bodybalance 30 releases from then. I was trained midway throught it though at Bodybalance 18, which I still adore as a release and is my training video as well. I hope one day to see Emma - Lee and Jackie do a DVD, I can only dream about that. I like them on stage together but that's another story.

I guess I am looking forward to seeing Bodybalance 35 in November as well, and in 2007 all the way to Bodybalance 39. So midway through 2007 it would be 20 releases since Bodybalance 18.

Might stop rambling now and start another post!

Introducing Jose Gonzalez!

I have been introduced to the music of Jose by mistake which quite often is the best way to find music . He has a debut CD called "Veneer" it is jam packed full of wonderful music.

It was released on the August 6, 2005 and re-released on the 4th April 2006.
