Elliot Yamin - Amercian Idol!

Elliott's voice reminds me of Stevie Wonders voice!

I must be the only person with this CD where I am from who knows really? That was a wide sweeping statement really? Well know one I know has the CD and that a pretty small sampling of 6,000,000,000 billion people on planet earth.

Elliott released his CD on March 20, 2007 and 11 days later I have it.

Lots of the music from Elliott's CD has potential for music for Bodybalance in 2007 IMO!

Elliot was in the final 3 from the last season of American Idol.

Track 2 is an awesome track would love to do that one in Bodybalance.

The Very best of Late Moods the Perfect After Hours Soundtrack!

Is that a long title or what?

The CD covers a retrospective of some of the best leading female recording artists of our time. A number of the tracks have been in Bodybalance. The CD is well worth being apart of all Bodybalance lovers around the world. I have been listening to the CD for sometime now.

There are over 19 songs on each CD begining with Dido Here with Me and ending with You Got the Love The Source featuring Candi Station. Both are Bodybalance tracks from different eras in Bodybalance I love Here with Me track 9 at that time it was the most requested song ever in Bodybalance history. Womderful Life by Tina Cousins is an outstanding track followed by Heaven DJ Sammy from another Bodybalance release.

I must admit I love the current direction of music in Bodybalance allot.

Extra songs provide a musical bonus in tracks 3 and 9 but also extend the workout in a class that’s at once challenging and athletic but also deeply calming and restorative.

Strong contrasts in the music adds further to the richness if the experience, concluding with profoundly claming phsyco acoustics of pioneering mind body therapist Andrew Well MD.

The new class starts with a traditional tai chi warm-up to quickly dispatch the cares of the day. The blocks, swings, wraps and reaches bring breathing into focus and anticipate the workout to come. Sun Salutations are expansive in this release with big lunges promoting and extra stretch in the hips chest and shoulders.

The Heather Small and Evanescence provide powerful music to help us through the standing strength and determination - and a little attitude to boot. The balance track is clam and still, with a chance to have some fun with the Tree Pose challenge.

Then we take time to stretch through the hips and allow the stiff muscles around the joins to relax before taking the work to the Abdominals and mid back for stability and posture. Members will love powering up their Stand Split Pose with a exquisite James Morrison song in the forward folds and stretching deeply with Paul Schwartz in the second part of the track.

The final meditation to follow is rewarding and serene.

Looks like an awesome class.

Reviewed Take That "Beautiful World"

TAKE THAT ENTRY DECEMBER 2006

The guys from Take That came to town today they did a signing session here. Managed to get Gary to sign his CD from 1997 "Open Road"

I still think that some of the music of Take That would be awesome in Bodybalance. We have had Robbie Williams maybe Jackie could use them in Bodybalance/Flow?

Kudos to Gary for signing my CD which is greatfully appreciated. Also managed to get the rest of the guys to sign their CD "Beautiful World" as well.

I am becoming a groopy again :) who would have thought at?

BODYBALANCE ® 36 Review!

Its been a few weeks since I got the release.

This release is a beautiful release. Have some favorites in this release tracks 1,3,7,8 and 8 are standout tracks from the release. Hard track to learn was track 6 the notes for the release a different than what is on the DVD I think the notes are correct so will go by the chore notes for the release.

Track 1 begins the release. Love that song remember the video for that track that song was a highlight from 1994.

Track 2 is by Conjure One love the track and the track blends well with track 3.

Track 3 is now one of my favorite tracks from the 30's series of Bodybalance/Flow/Healing love it. The song travels in your head for days and I keep on singing it all the time.

Track 4 brings back a pose that I last saw in Rent that was an awesome release. Track 4 reminds me of that release for some strange reason. Commented to Garry at the 1/4 that the track reminds me of that track. Love the placement of the poses in this track and two surprise combinations.

Track 5 is a sad track if you listen to the lyrics to the song then you know what I mean. The track has a challenge getting into position was a learning curve, managed to learn the track. Track 7 is a highlight from the release. Like the moves reminds me of Bodybalance 19 for some strange reason ;) bought back memories of launching that release and teaching that track from that release.

To me track rack 8 is the signature track from this release, less complicated and less moves a short track a beautiful and warm feeling track. If you have seen the video for this track and marry it to the music and what Jackie has choreographed then that is 100% perfection to me a truly inspiring track and a very emotional track.

The release ends with Enigma a wonderful track like the transitions in this track the ending is superb as usual.

The meditation track for the release is a nice piece of music. My favorite is from Bodybalance 27 which is my favorite track 10/11 from any release.

Out of the 30's series of Bodybalance 30/35 and now 36 are my favorites.

Congratulations to Jackie on Bodybalance 36.
