New Format for choreography notes - issues!

New format to the notes (seen at least 5 of these in my time) the latest one is hard to follow. There is a gap where they describe the next movement. Then they recommence the notes. This makes it harder to learn. The counts need to be next to the sequence. They are all over the place makes i harder to learn.

To the point I have to translate them back to where everything is in close prox to each other.

Another concern, where I am from we have CEC's we need to have 18 for re-registration every 2 years it is a requirement for registration. In the past versions of the notes we had a detailed written component which tells us about the poses and in-depth analysis of the poses. Based on this we have examinations, well they have gone, I have no idea why? We need them there so that we can do the examinations and understand the releases from a teaching perspective.

I am for progress, but they need to consult the end user of the notes to gauge reaction to the new format. Based on that rectification yes. They need working on.

MVP!

Time for a slower Bodybalance.

Recently, Bodybalance has got a bit hard core, not that I am complaining I love it. I would like to see a Bodybalance that is understated - softer music - slower yoga poses and a deep connection to pose to music.

Take "No Ordinary Love" by Sade that track would make an awesome abs track. It is slower, longer track perfect count for longer poses - planks - greyhound pose - side planks - ballet abs with longer poses (32/64) count poses.

The Music from One Tree Hill

Recently I have been watching One Tree Hill on DVD/TV watched all episodes from season 1 - 3 now waiting for season 4 on then 5 (allready released)

What really captures me is the music from One Tree how it would be perfect for Bodybalance.

I spent a-whole weekend watching seasons 1 - 3 in one block.

I hope Lucas and Peyton come together :)
